DEVICE SECURITY Users accessing the HMS via the mobile app must ensure their devices are secured with biometrics, PINs, or passwords. Jailbroken or rooted devices are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. 3. APP UPDATES To ensure security and compliance, users must keep their mobile applications updated to the latest version available in the App Store or Google Play Store. 4. OFFLINE CAPABILITIES The app requires an active internet connection to synchronize patient data. Offline modifications are not supported to prevent data conflicts in critical medical records.
