DATA MIGRATION Our engineering team will assist in migrating legacy data to the new platform. However, the client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the source data before migration begins. 3. CUSTOMIZATION LIMITS While the platform is highly configurable, deep structural customizations requested by a single tenant may be subject to additional engineering fees and timeline extensions. 4. TRAINING AND HANDOVER Every project includes standard onboarding and training for core staff. Additional training sessions can be booked through our support portal.
