1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our Hospital Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Enterprise Software License

Wise Crest Solutions grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our software strictly in accordance with the terms of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed during onboarding.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wise Crest Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
